Refund Policy

At Varnam Annai Ladies Hostel, we strive to maintain a fair and transparent refund policy for all our residents. Please read the following carefully before booking your stay.

1. Booking Fee – The booking fee is generally non-refundable. However, if seats are available and the cancellation request is made within 4 hours of booking, the booking fee will be refunded. After 4 hours, it will not be refundable under any circumstance.

2. Admission Fee – Admission fees are strictly non-refundable. Even if the resident cancels the stay later, this amount will not be returned.

3. Early Exit / Emergency Cancellation – If a resident decides to vacate or cancel their stay within 2 days of admission due to unavoidable circumstances or emergencies, a refund may be issued. In such cases, the hostel will deduct 2 days’ rent from the total paid amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

4. After 2 Days of Stay – No refunds will be issued once the resident has stayed beyond 2 days of admission.

5. Security Deposit – The security deposit is refundable, provided there are no damages to hostel property and all dues are cleared at the time of vacating.

6. Refund Timeline – All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

By booking and staying at Varnam Annai Ladies Hostel, residents acknowledge and agree to the above refund policy.
