About Varnam Annai

By booking or staying at Varnam Annai Ladies Hostel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and comfortable stay for all our residents.

  1. Admission – All residents must provide valid government ID proof and complete the registration process before moving in. False information or fake documents will lead to immediate cancellation of admission.

  2. Payments – Rent must be paid on or before the due date every month. Additional charges such as electricity (EB) and damages are payable separately. Late payments may attract a penalty.

  3. Refund Policy – Booking fees are non-refundable. Refunds are applicable only as per our Refund Policy, which allows partial refunds if vacating within 2 days of stay.

  4. Conduct & Behavior – Residents are expected to maintain discipline, cleanliness, and respectful behavior towards staff and fellow residents. Misconduct, disturbances, or violations of hostel rules may result in termination of accommodation without refund.

  5. Property & Damages – Residents are responsible for the hostel property provided to them. Any damages caused intentionally or due to negligence will be charged or deducted from the security deposit.

  6. Visitors & Security – Visitors are not allowed in rooms. Meeting guests is permitted only in designated areas and with prior approval. Hostel management reserves the right to restrict entry for safety reasons.

  7. Termination of Stay – The management has the right to cancel or refuse accommodation in case of non-payment, misconduct, or violation of policies.

By staying at Varnam Annai Ladies Hostel, residents accept these terms and conditions in full.
